Again the staff at this location continues to amaze me with the great service and welcoming counter attitude. I have been going there for many years and feel like one of the guys. The owner is awesome. I just love this place. Only thing missing is fresh baking ???

Had my 1996 ford E350 into ford hallmark for brake repair and front end repairs twice,wasn't satisfied with the work, they were putting a dangerous vehicle back on the road.At fountain tire Derek took me into the garage,showed everything taken apart, plugged port, seized caliber, wrong bushing installed on front end.
After I got my truck back the brakes didn't squeak any more,brakes were working better then ever and good improvement over front end drive. Very happy.

I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful!

Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me.
Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service. They saved the day!! Mostly the day before a long weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I cant thank George and Chris enough, over thanksgiving long weekend they took my after hours call and made the time to have me in when they were closed to insure myself and my family were safe to travel home to the lower mainland. There customer service was exceptional and going forward I absolutely will take the trip to insure my tires are done right, Thank you so much for all that you did for me!

I have been a customer for about 5 years , always happy with the prices, service and integrity of the staff . Today I had front struts in stalled on my Ford Edge, came in under time and budget. When I Drove it noticed the steering wheel was very slightly of centre, I called, they said bring it back, and even though they had to hook up the alignment equipment, they did it willingly and the problem was fixed in under there minutes
