Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! A great experience and a great staff. Thank you so much.

My VW Golf would not start, so I had CAA give me a boost but since we are only in Collingwood for 1 more day, I was left to try to figure out what the issue was. I was called Import Auto Center and they were able to squeeze me in. They checked the car out and gave it a clean bill of health, and did not overcharge by replacing the battery or alternator which I was happy with. I appreciated them being able to get me in quickly and provided me with peace of mind. Thanks very much for your help.

looking for a place to do my oil change. Heard about this place.. Not only did I get in the next day. but When I was driving back to Collingwood. I SUV was driving so much better. This is the only place I will EVER take my car to be serviced. Omar and his staff are so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. My car was having so many issues until I took it here, and since they’ve fixed it it’s never driven better. It’s better than new. I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.

Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

I dont know why Jeff received such a nasty review from that one customer but I have to tell you that when we brought our Tiguan to him with an engine light on and previous to that we had CTC (I know I know) take a look at it and replaced the fuel pump to the tune of $1500 only to have the problem persist and another shop replacing plugs and ignition coils for another $500 again only to have the issue persist, Jeff zeroed in on clogged intake valves. Fixed it right away and car runs like new.

I got the best service today and it was free! I was today by another mechanic that I need to change my rear brake and quoted a high price for just labour. Called master mechanic to book an appointment to change my brakes. I was told that they would check it first before changing the brakes but I was sure the brakes was poor because of what I was told before at the other shop. I was called to come pick up my car and told nothing was wrong with my brakes both rear and front brakes were very good!!
