Moved out of the area and still made the trek back to this place. Ordered 6 halibuts in total and everyone was complementing the size and taste. The price was very reasonable and you get more than you would in many other places. The (I believe) owners are really nice.

the best fish and chips i've ever eaten .... fish was nice and crispy as were the chhips .... and the homemade tartar sauce was out of this world !!! .... I will definitely be going there again :)

This is the best fish and chips that I've ever tried in Toronto. (I went there on the advice of a friend and would have never have gone here without that recommendation).
It's a very unassuming place, with fairly drab surroundings. But the fish is top notch, with large portions at a good price. I don't really know what else to say besides that. It's fish and chips and it's GOOD.
(If it weren't for the location, I'd come back more often.)

It was a foggy Friday 'nite & RIGHT after seeing the first 02 reviews, I ventured out w' my dog. Luckily it was not packed. I met 02 regulars & they said the place is usually packed on Fridays--maybe the fog is keeping them away. Can you believe this guy has been here for over 30 years & I thought I had tried each and every fish and chip place in Mississauga. One previous review commented on the excellent batter and I thought, no way, batter always has an after taste....nope....no after taste. I told the cook if I feel like driving this far again, I will be back, fer sure.

This is the Best fish and chip shop outside of England. My cousins and I always go there for dinner after a visiting the relatives at St Johns Cemetery. The service is excellent and they are always ready to answer questions about their history. Highly recomend.

Love this place! My husband and I were looking for good fish and chips and we were quite satisfied. I dont really care what the place looks like on the inside as long as it is clean. They have a sign saying the health department has been there and checked the place out and they passed so thats alright in my books. I think some people are a little dramatic on here. I thought the portion size was perfect, So did my husband who is a large eater. How much food does one person really need? it is a bit pricey but it's worth it for a treat once in a while!

My family has eaten here for years. Always fresh! Take it home or eat it there, consistently the best fish restaurant in this area. The staff are extremely friendly.
A wide variety of fish types and cooking preferences. I have eaten both deep fried battered fish (haddock) or if you prefer grilled cooking (trout) is also available. I highly recommend this restaurant and encourage everyone to try it, I'm confident you'll be back....
