I have been into the Cafe quite a few times for Lunch or to pick up some goodies and I have never been disappointed. The food is fantastic, and the portion size is more than enough, I usually can't finish my entrees. Their desserts are scrumptious and the service is very good. If you order a cake for an occasion, they will bend over backwords to give you exactly what you want and always with a smile on their faces.

When you walk into Hotti Biscotti your face will just light up. My mother Debby, the owner, is so friendly and always coming up with creative and delicious treats. Pop on in for a free sample- she always has some!
Drool over peanut butter Pop, Snickers cookie pies or chocolate toffee pretzels. Or try what put Hotti Biscotti on the map- her Famous Softer textured biscotti- dipped and coated with basically everything great on earth- chocolate and skor.

I have been shopping at Melrose Bakery for some time and I am very impressed with the cleanliness, the baking and the friendly and helpful staff. Their cream puffs are wonderful! I have yet to be unsatisfied with any baking I have purchased there. I highly recommend this bake shop.

Went here around christmas time. Very busy place !! They had a great selection of british chocolate. The staff seem to know their customers very well. Cozy, friendly vibe. Had a roll and Sausage, fern tart and irn bru. Making it a regular to come here with family and friends.

We have been in several times since you opened and can openly say that your bakery items are the best we have had in Canada. You could close your eyes and been transported back to England. So much flavour and your pastry is unlike anything we have found in our 30 years as expats, including the 8 we spent in OZ!!!
