I was gobsmacked to read the horrible reviews about Dr. Bakhshi. She has treated me caringly and wonderfully for years! ... and I can be a challenging patient at times since I am now 87 years old. I have spoken to fellow patients while sitting waiting and every one of them thought that she was WONDERFUL. Came in limping from a slipped disc. ( was crutches just days earlier ) with only 2 visits I was not limping and my pain was cut by 70%. The Physio experience here was advanced machines (tech I'd never heard of) and so far results are very good. I feel more confident walking now vs barely being able to move from my couch just 2 weeks ago. I will also continue with some chiro visits and be sure to see this injury through. Highly recommend this business, super clean and everything seems brand new.

Doctor is always helpful. Always does work up on me and helped me find out several health problems. I can tell he enjoys helping his patients. Waiting time to see him can be long but he makes sure that my prescription is sent to the pharmacy whenever I can’t get an appointment with him. I went to other clinics and they don’t even want to give me a prescription asking me to go back to my doctor during a pandemic

a lot of bad reviews for a place I trust, odd.
I've seen all the doctors here, nyugen, sawh & mathe (sorry, I remember how they sounded, not how they're spelled)
they're all good doctors, Nyugen is my preferred doctor though, he teaches me something new everytime I've been there. probably saved like $1,000 now from not buying gatorade & just drinking water/tea like he said.

A terrific clinic with awesome doctors. Other reviews complain about having to wait...where can you go without a wait? My kids have always been seen when they needed care, patients at the Westway since 2009. Both doctors are professional and caring. Reception staff are great. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with the medical attention my family and I receive from Dr. Ali and Dr. Salam. I do think that to improve their practice they need to separate walk in times from days where appointments are taken. This would probably help with the congestion issue people experience. Whenever I have come in, either for myself or my children I am treated well and always with respect and compassion. I highly recommend these doctors.
