From a visit to the showroom, sales rep (Mark) visiting to measure, time to make new window and install crew - everything handled professionally - no complaints. Installers Wayne and Trevor were very good but, Lylann and Sam were very excellent

Replaced of 3 windows including patio doors. After 25 years two of the windows had moisture leaks and east side original basement windows needed replacement. Both Charlie and Glen measured to ensure proper construction of windows. Our crew; Trevor, Colson and Carter arrived on time, worked efficently together and cleaned up to our complete satisfaction. mIN and out in 5 hours.

We only had one window installed. Mark, our salesperson was awesome. He treated us like we were installing a whole house full of windows. Very comfortable to deal with.The installation went well also. I couldn’t believe four people came to do the installation ( Wayne, Vince, Johann & Austin ). They all worked very well together. The workmanship was professionally done. They cleaned up everything inside and out upon completion.Thank you everyone. We love our new kitchen window.

Wow, just amazing! HIGHLY recommended. The service and attention to detail by this company is outstanding. We had our 35 year old original front double doors replaced and the new doors look beautiful. The product quality is top notch.
Buts it's the service and installation services that set these guys apart from the rest. Mark was our sales guy and was on site at least 5 times, including twice on the day of install to ensure everything went perfectly. He really was great in helping suggest and design a new door trim header that would better match our new door.
Installers Trevor and Carson were experienced friendly professionals, were careful and clean, and went way beyond the call of duty, taking great pride in their work. They even helped me rewire my security alarm for the door entry and provided and installed the part and wire that I didn't even know I needed. (That saved me a service call expense from the security company). They brought a new door bell with them in case we needed one to match the new door better. They called one of their team members to come and re-key our new door hardware to match our existing keys (another service charge avoided from a locksmith).
They custom made a new aluminum exterior header for my door on site, since my old siding trim wouldn't match the new door. The door trim on the interior came painted the same colour as the door, and they were able to carefully remove the old door trim and install the new, and I don't need to do any trim painting at all, not even touch ups to my existing trim that butts up against it. They even take off the window stickers and gummy residue before they leave.
Lastly, they accommodated our request for a different interior and exterior colours of the doors to match our decor.
Where else can you find service like this anymore? Thank you to the entire Advanced team! It's not often that your expectations get greatly exceeded by a business.

I met initially Mark from the sales team , took me to the show room and explained very well about windows types and installation and about the frames , the only thing was not mentioned about the final color on the frame , but it turned beautiful anyway as i was told it has to match the baseboards which is white , also I have contacted the office as i needed help to work around opening and closing mid window , I had Mike calling me and he was very professional showed me everything ,also gave me some tips about humidity levels in the house so i don't experience sweats on the corners of the window in the future around fall and winter season .

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. We had them install our front door a few years ago and we were so happy with the service we had them come back and install all of our windows and patio door. I would like to give a huge shout out to Carson, Lyeland and Trevor for their hard work and finishing the job a day early. They worked very hard but were always professional and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I would highly recommend Advanced for your windows and doors. I had Glen as my salesman and he was just the best to work with. No hard sales from him. They have a great product and they stand behind that.

From Andrew Slade to the installers every thing went well. The installers came on time, were pleasant to deal with and cleaned up after themselves. I would 100% recommend this company for your window replacement. We had a great experience with them. The sales person, Charlie, was very professional, informative, and helpful throughout the entire process. Any time we had a question he was easily reachable. The installation team, Trevor and Carson, were very clean and productive. They were very respectful of our home in making sure to keep doors closed and areas tidy with very minimal disruption to our routine. This is quite important when you have small children. The entire experience was very straightforward and very much worth it. We are glad we went with Advanced Home Services.

Our experience with Advanced Home Services was flawless, start to finish. It has been 2 years since they installed 11 windows, 2 doors and 1 sliding patio door in our home. We find their product to be high quality, durable, easy to maintain and stylish. We first met Glen. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He spent a great deal of time with us explaining the entire process, our options and answered all of our questions. We met with a number of other companies, but Advanced stood out in a number of ways. I could not have chose a better place to do my windows and patio door. Glen was absolutely Amazing. His staff is incredible. Vince was the man in charge and he made everything perfect. I was really impressed with the level of service and timely delivery of my new Windows. Everything that was promised was delivered on time and in good humour. Mike and John arrived early and finished the job on time. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful and fun. Ive been a Co-op student at Advanced Home Services for about one month now. During my time working here, one person has really stood out to me, and that person is Wayne. He's been an amazing teacher, he always goes into great detail when helping me learn something new, and never fails to ensure that I've not only fully absorbed the information he has provided me, but also understand how to apply this knowledge to the job at hand. The numerous lessons Wayne has taught over this past month have not only increased my ability to be a functional and hard-working student at this company, but have also positively benefited my personal life aswell. I've come to view Wayne as less of a teacher and more as a second father. He's always been very kind when correcting mistakes I've made, and I think his positivity and determination are one of the key reasons I've been able to learn so much here; Wayne has more than earned a 5 review from me, and I wish him many more in the futur

Best experience with Advance Home Services for our windows and patio door. Glen was our salesman, and he was so knowledgeable about the windows they provide, how they’re installed, etc. He came to our home everyday (3 days) during the installation process to check in on us and his coworkers, which I thought was really nice. What we really appreciated the most was helping us get the government loan for our windows, for one telling us about it when we had no idea of it, and Phyllis at the front desk being very receptive to our emails for any questions we had. It was a very smooth process.
John, Mike, and Rachel came to do the actual installation, and they did a wonderful job. We are extremely satisfied with how the windows/patio door look and work - I really appreciated how clean they were through the whole process - I didn’t have to clean up after them at all. Very respectful and made sure I knew how to operate the windows before they left. We just had our post evaluation audit done for the loan, and it’s clear that they did an amazing job. We don’t even want to get blinds because they look so good!!! Thank you! Highly recommend!

They are the very best people you could ever meet we looked elsewhere but as soon as we met Andrew the salesman we were hooked on his knowledge of new windows they are priced above some of the other ones but nobody came close on quality and the service.When it came for installation Trevor was the main guy he also had plenty of helpers with him (was a big job 2 patio doors 2 other doors and lots of windows) done in one week We couldn’t believe how clean they left are home every night.as for door and window quality we are so happy that we went with advanced windows Thanks again Andrew and Trevor
