Tried to withdraw $80.00 from ATM owned by this company in Capreol. There is a $2.50 terminal fee at this location. The machine printed a receipt and the screen immediately read “Out of Service”. The slip indicated $20.00 was dispensed and I was charged the $2.50 terminal fee. No money was dispensed. I did not receive the $20.00. My online banking states I was debited $22.50. The technician from the company refused to give me the money I was charged. Terrible company.
